Welcome to Traxify.ae! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services. These Terms govern your use of Traxify.ae and outline your rights and obligations as a user of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Traxify.ae (“the Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including sellers, who utilize our dropshipping services.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Traxify.ae. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Traxify.ae offers dropshipping services for sellers, including:
- Curated Product Catalog: Access to a selection of products tailored for the UAE market.
- Order Fulfillment: FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) options.
- Free Shipping on Amazon UAE: Traxify provides free shipping for products sold on Amazon UAE.
- COD Management: Full refunds on cash-on-delivery (COD) returns, subject to our Return Policy.

Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of 200 AED is required to access Traxify’s services. This fee is non-refundable.
Product Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and are displayed on our platform. You agree to pay the price indicated at the time of placing an order.

Customer-Initiated Returns: If a customer returns a product, Traxify will retain it until the end of the month. Sellers have the option to request the product back to a specified address. Unclaimed products after the 30th of each month may be discarded.
COD Returns: For normal COD returns, Traxify provides a full refund to the seller for the returned item, ensuring no loss to the seller.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business, including those specific to the UAE market.
Product Listings: You are responsible for accurately listing products, including descriptions and pricing, on platforms such as Amazon or Shopify.
Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for any taxes or fees related to your sales and for providing accurate tax information where applicable.

All content on Traxify.ae, including product descriptions, images, and logos, is the property of Traxify.ae or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our permission.

Traxify.ae is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

Traxify.ae provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on our site. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our site. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Traxify.ae, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
