Marketplace Customer Return
Traxify retains the returned product until the 30th of the month.
Cash on Delivery Return
Traxify processes the returned COD order and refunds the seller.
Customer-Initiated Returns from Amazon, Shopify or Other Platforms
Return Process
When a customer returns a product purchased through platforms such as Amazon or Shopify, Traxify.ae retains the returned item until the 30th of each month.
Seller Options
- Reclaiming the Product: Sellers have the option to request the return of these products to a specified address.
- Unclaimed Products: If no request is made by the seller by the 30th, Traxify.ae reserves the right to dispose of the unclaimed items.
- Refund Policy: For these customer-initiated returns, Traxify.ae does not issue a refund to the seller.
Sellers should communicate their intention to reclaim returned products before the 30th of each month.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns
Return Process
In cases where a COD order is returned, Traxify.ae processes the return promptly.
Refund Policy
Traxify.ae provides a full refund to the seller for the returned COD item, ensuring that the seller does not incur a loss from the transaction.
